SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Food Bank is asking for the public’s help restocking its shelves.

According to the food bank, the shelves are at historic lows and they only have a few weeks of non-perishable food left in inventory.

In an effort to increase its inventory, the food bank is launching its Restock the Shelves campaign.

Philanthropist and entrepreneur Harvey E. Najim, of the Najim Family Foundation, announced he will match $100,000 for all donations dedicated to the campaign.
