SAN ANTONIO – A man is in critical condition after he was shot while playing dice overnight on Tuesday, according to San Antonio police.

Around 3:53 a.m. a 28-year-old man was playing dice next to the Hays Food Mart when a sedan pulled up.

A man got out of the sedan and opened fire. The victim was hit once in the abdomen.

The suspects then fled the scene on the 1400 block of Hays.

Friends drove the victim to the hospital for treatment.
