SAN ANTONIO — The Spurs second round draft pick, Chimezie Metu, chatted with Spectrum News reporter Lena Blietz about his background and what he’s looking forward to learning this season.

The USC alum spent several years of his childhood in Nigeria, where he gained an appreciation for different cultures. He talks about why he went on to study history, law and culture in college and what he plans to do with this degree later.

He also explains which legendary Spurs player he hopes to learn the most from, and how he wants to learn everything Spurs Head Coach Greg Popovich knows about the game.
