SAN ANTONIO -- The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office has detailed a drug raid carried out on Thursday that resulted in an arrest and the seizure of narcotics.

The initial warrant was served in the 2500 block of Suzette Avenue. There, deputies located 23 grams of methadone and five grams of marijuana.

A suspect, David Medina, was arrested at the residence.

As a result of the initial warrant, deputies executed a second warrant at a storage unit. There, they recovered more than $82,000 in cash.  

Medina faces first- and second-degree felony possession charges.
