SAN ANTONIO — The Final Four setup downtown is stirring excitement, and just a few blocks down the road the energy is already boiling over at restaurants and bars making room for extra guests.

"We're expecting it to be extremely busy," Ashley Trevino of Rosario's Restaurant said.

Rosario's is usually closed on Easter, but not this year. They are opening up more dining rooms and bringing in extra staff to get ready for the big weekend.

"We don't want anyone to be tired. We have all our doubles and people who usually work longer hours a couple of days off so they can be ready and energized for a busy weekend," she said.

Down the street, The Filling Station Tap Room is putting out the welcome mat for all types of palates.

"We're going to have beer that we wouldn't normally serve," T.D. Buffkin of The Filling Station Tap Room said.

They're even making room for the under 21 crowd.

"And then we're going to have sodas and stuff for kids that we don't normally have," he said.

The Final Four is expected to draw more than 90,000 people for the games alone, and the fans are already arriving.

"Today we've been super busy all day," Trevino said. "We usually open at 3, but we'll probably open at noon to catch some of the folks. We're always open till 11 but we might stay open a little bit longer."

The San Antonio Local Organizing Committee estimates the local economy will see a boost of $135 million over the next four days, and these Businesses aren't about to leave any of that on the table.
