SAN ANTONIO — All eyes are on the Alamo City as it once again plays host the NCAA Men's Final Four.

City officials say they're ready to host the tens of thousands of college basketball fans expected.

San Antonio Police Department is working with local, state and federal agencies to make sure all the weekend events stay safe.

Authorities, though, asking you to be alert if you're heading to the festivities.

“If you see something that doesn’t’ feel right in your gut, we want you to call. If you see a bag laying around that is unattended, we want you to call. If you hear people whispering in the corner about something they might be getting ready to do, we want you to call. Anything, and everything, no matter how insignificant you may think it is, we want you to call,” said Police Chief William McManus.

Remember: Only clear bags and small handbags will be allowed.

The clear bag policy isn’t just for events at the Alamodome, it also includes events at the Convention Center and the music festival at Hemisfair Park.
