LIVE OAK, Texas - Live Oak police said that on March 8 they were notified of an unidentified man taking invasive pictures of a woman inside a Kohl’s clothing store.

Police said a loss prevention officer observed the man stand behind the victim in a checkout line, reach down and take a photo up the woman’s dress. The officer saw the flash from the man’s phone.

That loss prevention officer confronted the man but he denied taking the photos and exited the store.

Police said the man responsible was described as black, in his 20s, about 5 feet, 8 inches tall and approximately 175 pounds. Police released surveillance stills of the man they believe to be responsible.

Anyone with information on the man’s identity was urged to call the Live Oak Police Department at 210-945-1700 or the Live Oak Communications Center at 210-653-0033.
