WATAUGA COUNTY, N.C. -- New warrants out of Watauga County show a timeline from the moments leading up to Carlton Edmondson's disappearance.

The warrants say that two of the suspects, Robert Littleton and Leigh Katherine Mina, who are husband and wife, went to Edmondson's home to buy meth. When Edmonson didn't have enough for them, Littleton hit him with brass knuckles and forced him into a car.

The suspects then drove around with Edmondson while looking for more drugs, eventually picking up four more suspects.

The suspects asked for a ransom and, when it was not received, took Edmondson to Tennessee and beat him until he was unconscious before leaving him there.

Documents say three of the suspect, Michael May, Valerie Dollar, and Brittany Arnold went back for Edmondson later that day, but it is unknown what happened after that.

The suspects have not been charged with murder in Edmondson's disappearance.
