SAN ANTONIO — A body was found behind a San Antonio Fire Department station on Friday afternoon, according to the San Antonio Police Department.

The body, identified as a Hispanic man, was discovered just east of downtown behind Fire Station 1, which is in the 500 block of North Cherry Street.

The cause of death is under investigation.
