Even as the frosty weather begins to subside, some schools and city/county offices in the Central and South Texas areas will continue to be closed or operate under a later schedule on Wednesday. 

AUSTIN AREA

  • City of Austin - City officies, facilities and courts will open at 10 a.m. 
  • Austin Community College - All campuses will open at 10 a.m. 
  • Austin ISD - Schools will operate on a two hour delay.  
  • Bastrop - City offices will open at 10 a.m. 
  • Bastrop ISD - Schools will operate on a two hour delay. 
  • Del Valle ISD - Schools and buses will operate on a two hour delay.
  • Dripping Springs - City offices will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.  
  • Dripping Springs ISD - Schools will operate on a two hour delay. 
  • Eanes ISD - Schools will operate on a two hour delay. Child Development Centers will start at 9 a.m. 
  • Fayetteville ISD - Closed.
  • Flatonia ISD - Closed. 
  • Georgetown ISD - Schools and offices will operate on a normal schedule. 
  • Giddings ISD - Schools and buses will operate on a two hour delay. 
  • Hays CISD - Schools, offices and buses will operate on a two hour delay. All morning activities are canceled. All pre-K classes and special education programs shorter than four hours long are canceled. 
  • Hays County - All offices will open at 8 a.m. 
  • Hutto ISD - Schools to resume at normal times.
  • Huston-Tillotson University - The university will resume normal hours. 
  • La Grange ISD - Closed.
  • Leander ISD - Schools to resume at normal times. 
  • Liberty Hill ISD - Schools to resume at normal times. 
  • Lockhart ISD - Schools will operate on a two hour delay. 
  • Luling ISD - Schools will operate on a two hour delay. 
  • Manor ISD - Schools and buses will operate on a two hour delay. 
  • Marble Falls ISD - Schools to resume at normal times. 
  • McDade ISD - Schools will operate on a two hour delay. 
  • Pflugerville ISD - Schools to resume at normal times. 
  • Prairie Lea ISD - Schools will operate on a two hour delay. 
  • Round Rock ISD - No anticipated delays or closures. 
  • Round Top-Carmine ISD - Closed. 
  • San Marcos CISD - Schools will operate on a two hour delay. 
  • Smithville ISD - Closed. 
  • St. Edwards University - The university will resume normal operating hours. 
  • Texas State University - Classes will begin at 11 a.m. at the San Marcos and Round Rock campuses. 
  • Travis County - County offices and facilities will open at 10 a.m. 
  • University of Texas - Austin - The university will resume normal operating hours. 
  • Wimberley ISD - Schools will start at 10 a.m. and buses will run on a two hour delay. 

SAN ANTONIO AREA

  • Alamo Colleges District - All campuses will be operating on norma schedules. 
  • Alamo Heights ISD - Schools to resume at normal times.
  • Bexar County - Offices and facilities will open at regularly scheduled hours. 
  • Boerne ISD - Schools will operate on a two hour delay. 
  • Comal ISD - Schools will operate on a two hour delay. 
  • Cuero ISD - Scheuled to open at 10 a.m., but parents will be notified in case classes are cancelled at 8 a.m. 
  • East Central ISD - Schools expected to resume at normal times. 
  • Edgewood ISD - Schools to resume at normal times. 
  • Goliad ISD -  Schools and buses will run on a two hour delay. 
  • Gonzalez ISD - Closed. 
  • Harlandale ISD - Schools and offices expected to open at normal times. 
  • Jourdanton ISD - School will start at 10 a.m. and buses will run on a two hour delay. 
  • Judson ISD - Schools and offices to resume at normal times. 
  • Karnes ISD - Classes will be canceled for students, but staff members must report at 8:30 a.m. 
  • KIPP San Antonio - All campuses will be open and follow Wednesday's early release schedule. 
  • New Braunfels ISD - Schools and buses will run at their normal times. 
  • North East ISD - Schools and offices expected to open at normal times. 
  • Northside ISD - Schools and offices expected to open at normal times. 
  • Our Lady of the Lake University - Classes will resume at noon. 
  • Pleasanton ISD - Schools and buses will run on a two hour delay. 
  • Pre-K 4 All - All centers will open at regular hours. 
  • San Antonio - All city officies and city facilities will reopen at 10 a.m.
  • San Antonio ISD - Schools and offices expected to open at normal times. 
  • Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City ISD - Schools expected to open at normal times. 
  • Seguin ISD - Closed.
  • Shiner ISD - Schools will start at 11 a.m. 
  • South San ISD - Schools and offices expected to open at normal times. 
  • Southside ISD - Schools expected to open at normal times. 
  • Southwest ISD - Schools expected to open at normal times. 
  • St. Mary's University - Campus will reopen at 11 a.m. and classes will begin at 11:20 a.m. 
  • Trinity University - Campus will resume normal activities at 11 a.m. Classes will begin at 11:30 a.m. 
  • University Health System - Normal operations today.
  • University of The Incarnate Word - All San Antonio locations will open at noon. 
  • University of Texas at San Antonio - Classes will resume at noon.
