SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio police have made two arrests related to the Thanksgiving day shooting that killed a 10-year-old girl on the city’s North Side.

San Antonio Police Chief William McManus said two suspects were apprehended Wednesday night at a motel near I-10 and Vance Jackson.

Eighteen-year-old Cody Gann was arrested on a murder charge in connection to Delilah's death.

A woman was also detained for an unrelated felony evading arrest warrant, but is being investigated for any relation to the fatal shooting.

Police believe Delilah Hernandez's life ended in relation to gang violence that the girl’s older brother was the target of.
