SAN ANTONIO — A man has been charged for shooting a San Antonio police officer back in July.
Dennis Moran faces charges of aggravated assault against a public servant.
On July 26, Nathan Becerra and another officer responded to a home invasion on Ingram Road.
Authorities say one of the three suspects pulled out a gun and started shooting at police, two bullets hit Becerra.
Officers fired back, killing one of the suspects, Jovonie Casiano.
Becerra, who's been with SAPD for 4 years, is expected to make a full recovery.
