Ed Greenberger is a graduate of the University of Miami with degrees in broadcast journalism and political science. Ed began his career as a sports update anchor at WQAM radio in Miami. From there, Ed spent time as a sports anchor and lead reporter in Idaho. Today, Ed is the evening anchor on Spectrum News Austin.

Since joining Spectrum News in 2013, Ed has won two Lone Star Emmys, two Edward R. Murrow awards and several Texas Associated Press Broadcasters awards for reporting and anchoring, just to name a few! Ed is inspired by the stories of those in  his community and by the people who are involved in those stories.

When Ed’s not at the news desk, you can find him indulging in one of his many hobbies, like screenwriting, fantasy football, or board game creation! Fun fact — Ed once created a board game called WaveLength that was sold by Toys R Us!
