SAN ANTONIO — New developments in the case of the missing body of a San Antonio woman.

Julie Mott's body disappeared from the Mission Park Funeral Chapel on the north side two years ago.

New court documents show a third-party mortuary service had after-hours access to the funeral home.

That company was involved in a lawsuit about mishandling a body shortly before Mott's disappearance.

Mott died at the age of 25 from complications from cystic fibrosis.

Her parents say they want her body returned to fulfill their daughter's last wishes of being cremated.

The parties involved are due in court for a hearing on Monday.
