A park on San Antonio's Northwest Side is open with some major new improvements.
After a lot of planning and construction, New Territories Park is open for the public.
There is a new concrete trail, a pavilion, new benches, and a shade canopy over the playground, and solar lights to illuminate the trail at night.
The project was funded with $350,000 from the 2012-2017 bond program.
