We had a couple of showers move into the Austin area yesterday.  Amounts were light and spotty and I expect the same this afternoon.  Otherwise, expect a partly cloudy, hot and humid afternoon with highs in the mid to upper 90s.  Factoring the humidity it will feel like 100 to 103.

We'll have one more day of afternoon isolated showers popping up on radar, before the moisture supply from the Gulf of Mexico gets shut-off.  Any shower today will be brief lasting 10 to 15 minutes before moving on.  Otherwise, we'll see a mix of clouds and sun this afternoon providing a little bit of a break from the hot Texas sunshine.

We're back to mainly hot and dry with more sunshine starting Tuesday and continuing through the week.  Highs will range from 99 to 101 under mostly sunny skies.

Next weekend may bring a little better chance for showers and thunderstorms as a cold front moves into North Texas.  This will be close enough to potentially bring some rains to our area next weekend.
