The area enjoyed another warm day with most high temperatures in the middle 80s.  Look for a clear to partly cloudy sky with comfortable lows at or a little below normal.  Increasing clouds will occur during the afternoon with highs a little lower than Tuesday.

Futurecast continues to see most of the rain gliding from the Hill Country to south of Austin while a cold front is in the area.  The front will move south of Austin during the mid to late afternoon hours delivering more dry air to the region.  Future Rain predicts not much more than a few hundredths of an inch from 2 to 9 p.m.  This is subject to change.  For now, the Storm Prediction Center does not have this area under any risk for strong to severe storms.

A north wind send lows Thursday morning to the low to mid 50s with a few upper 40s in the Hill Country and Bell County.  Sunshine returns Thursday.  Scattered clouds arrive to start the weekend with more clouds to end it.

An upper-level low will move from Oregon to southern California Monday.  It heads to the Four Corners Tuesday before reaching the Colorado Rockies Wednesday.  Rain is back in the early to mid week forecast.

Have a good Wednesday.
