This morning started with patchy, dense fog along with drizzle and mist. Today's forecast calls for a 20% rain chance with highs in the upper 60s to low 70s. A breezy south wind will develop by this evening, setting up a warmer Monday.

Right now Monday looks like the warmest day of the week with highs in the upper 70s to low 80s. We'll keep a 30% rain chance in the forecast, skies stay mostly cloudy with a breezy southerly wind. 

By Tuesday our next storm system and cold front approach, setting up a better 60% rain and storm chance. Lows will be mild in the 60s with highs in the upper 60s to low 70s. The front moves in Tuesday night into Wednesday morning with a 70% rain/storm chance. With more widespread and potentially heavier rain expected with this storm system, models continue to show the possibility from 1 to 3 inches of much needed rainfall. A few storms may be on the stronger side, so please check back for updates. 

Plan for a sharp drop in temperatures behind the front with temperatures staying the in 40s and 50s all day Wednesday, feeling colder due to a gusty north wind. Thursday looks chilly with lows in the 40s and highs still in the 50s with a 20% rain. Friday calls for a 20% rain chance with warmer highs near 70. 

Next weekend is trending rainy, with another approaching storm system, and mild with lows in the 50s and highs in the 70s.
