It might be sunny, dry and seasonable today, but changes are certainly coming to the forecast. A cold front will combine with a system of tropical origins, resulting in a nor’easter that could affect the city this Sunday and Monday. Right now, most of our meteorological guidance suggests that the system will move over or near our area, bringing periods of heavy rain with accumulation of 1-3”. In terms of winds, the worst seems to arrive on Sunday night and on Monday with gusts in the 40 mph range.

Watch out for small tree branches, minor street and coastal flooding and some delays in your daily commute. We'll keep you updated with the latest details and any changes in the forecast.
