His brother, Mitchell Gutierrez, said surveillance video shows Martin Gutierrez acting out of the ordinary Sunday night while at a bar on Rainey Street. He said security camera footage indicates Martin Gutierrez headed toward I-35, but air and ground searches this week haven't turned up any solid clues.
Mitchell Gutierrez said he's encouraged by the support of the community to find his brother.
"We meet at the same spot. Everyone comes out and we have just been throwing everybody out to kind of bring awareness just so this doesn't go away. I want Martin's name in everybody's ear still. I don't anybody to forget him,” he said.
Martin Gutierrez is 5 foot, 8 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black Patagonia jacket with blue jeans and gray Vans shoes. His family is offering a $5,000 reward.
