ORLANDO, Fla. — It’s been a very pleasant evening across the area, and cooler weather will return overnight.

Expect morning lows in the upper 50s and low 60s across the area under mostly clear skies. Areas in Marion Co. will likely tumble into the low 50s.

We’ll close the weekend with more great weather. Sunday will feature partly cloudy skies across the area, with dry conditions once again. Temps will continue to climb, with highs back in the low 80s.

We'll start the work week with a bit more cloud cover as a cold front moves through the region. A stray sprinkle cannot be ruled out Monday, but rain chances will remain below 20 percent. Highs for Monday will be in the low 80s.

Behind the front, some cooler air return for Tuesday. Expect partly cloudy skies to continue with highs in the mid to upper 70s.

The big travel day Wednesday still looks dry, with mostly sunny skies. Highs for Wednesday will be in the upper 70s.

There is still high uncertainty about a storm system for late Thanksgiving into Black Friday. Right now, the best chance for rain will be Thanksgiving Night into Friday. Highs will hold in the mid to upper 70s.

Partly cloudy skies will continue to close the holiday weekend, with temps in the upper 70s.

Tropical Update

We are watching a system sitting to the east of the Bahamas. This complex is attached to a frontal system and has a very low chance for development. The system will continue to move away from the Bahamas and will not impact Florida.

Hurricane season ends on November 30.
