SAN ANTONIO — Although his career with the Spurs is over, Manu Ginobili may have a future in “Fun.”

Jeremy Aguillen, general manager of SEA LIFE Aquarium and the LEGOLAND Discovery Center, sent a letter to Ginobili saying he’d be a great candidate for the park’s Honorary Director of Fun.

“Most people just don’t have the experience creating slam-dunk masterpieces or dribbling multiple projects, but we know that you can handle it,” Aguillen says in the letter. “We know you’ve got offers left and right, but we think of at least 20 reasons this is a championship-worthy position for you.”

As far as the job description, he says the former Spurs star would help choose who will construct the San Antonio LEGO® bricks skyline for the grand opening as well as naming the sea friends at the aquarium.

SEA LIFE Aquarium and LEGOLAND Discovery Center are expected to open in downtown San Antonio in early 2019.
