AUSTIN, Texas -- Protestors and counter protestors clashed at the State Capitol Saturday during the national "March Against Far Left Violence."

Some of the groups at the event included Texans United for America, Antifa and Democratic Socialists of America.

The high turnout for the rally prompted a large police presence, both from DPS troopers and Austin police. Officers in riot gear were on scene to keep the two groups separated.

One person was arrested by DPS for possession of a prohibited weapon while trying to enter the State Capitol.
