WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Texas — A man accused of targeting pizza delivery drivers in a series of incidents on Sunday, Aug. 12, has been arrested. 

According to the Williamson County public information officer, Joseph Lee Morgan was arrested on Wednesday in Austin and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Deputies said that about 9 p.m. Sunday, in the 9800 block of Copper Creek, near Anderson Mill, a pizza delivery driver was robbed and there was an attempted carjacking of a second delivery driver. Authorities searched the area for a suspect for several hours.  

Morgan remains in the Williamson County Jail.
