The name of the individual has not been released, but this person is facing cruelty to livestock charges.

On July 18, Williamson County deputies received a complaint about the neglect of cattle at a property located in Liberty Hill. There they said they found what looked like a "boneyard" with the carcasses of nine cattle. Then they went over to a nearby property, where they found about seven cattle that appeared emaciated and another that was trapped under a barbed wire fence. That cow died a short time later.

Deputies seized 35 cows, one bull and 46 calves from the property. They were all sent to an auction barn where they're receiving veterinary care.

The case is still under investigation.
