UVALDE COUNTY, Texas -- The man accused of causing the Uvalde County church bus crash that killed 13 people is back in jail.

Jack Young has violated his pre-trial release again.

Young recently pleaded no contest to intoxication manslaughter and assault charges. Investigators say in March of last year, Young was driving, crossed the center line, and his pickup truck slammed into the bus carrying senior citizens. All of the passengers were church members on their way back to New Braunfels from a retreat.  

The collision killed 13 people inside the bus, only one survived.

Young faces anywhere from two to 270 years in jail. Sentencing is set for this Fall.
