SAN ANTONIO – The ringleader of San Antonio’s “Crips East Terrance Gangstas,” along with two other members, are facing additional federal charges after they were arrested in November last year.

The leader 40-year-old Alvin Clark and two other gang members were charged with the intent to distribute crack cocaine in 2017, according to the Department of Justice. On Wednesday, Clark, 35-year-old James Bilal Ali, and 21-year-old Dai’Vonte E’Shuan Titus Ross faced more charges.

Clark and Ali were charged with being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm. Ross was charged with possession a firearm, intent to distribute cocaine and drug trafficking.

Investigators said Clark was found with a 12 gauge shotgun and a 9mm pistol. Ali was also in possession of a 9 mm pistol. Ross was found with 28 grams of cocaine, a 9 mm pistol, a .45 pistol, a .22 rifle and a 12 gauge shotgun.

If they are convicted, both Clark and Ali face up to 10 years in federal prison. Ross faces between five and 40 years in federal prison.

All three of the men are in custody awaiting trial, which is scheduled for July 30.
