The Yates County bar owner accused of sexually assaulting two women inside of his bar on Christmas Eve has been indicted on multiple felony charges.

A grand jury indicted Robert Champlin on one count of first degree criminal sexual act, one count of first degree attempted rape, four counts of first degree sexual abuse and four counts of forcible touching.

Those charges stem from a video posted on social media that police say shows Champlin sexually assaulting an unconscious woman at Lloyd's Limited Pub in Penn Yan.

Police say surveillance video from the bar showed that the woman who took the video was also sexually assaulted that night.

Champlin pleaded not guilty to the charges in December.
