NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas -- The New Braunfels Police Department on Tuesday released surveillance video that captured the smash-and-grab burglary of a clothing store.

Police said that at approximately 4:30 a.m. on May 30, a man smashed open a window at Gruene Outfitters, which is located in the 1600 block of Hunter Road.

Once inside, the man grabbed several Yeti coolers worth more than $2,500 before exiting the store and fleeing in a white pickup truck.

The man responsible was described as heavyset and about 5’5” tall. He was wearing black gloves and a mask.
