AUSTIN, Texas – The City of Austin has topped the charts for the second year in a row as the best place to live in the country.

The data by the U.S. News and World Report ranks the top 25 best cities to live in with both Austin and San Antonio making the grade.

While Austin took the top spot, San Antonio came in at number 14.

The rankings are determined by the job market, cost of living and quality of life.

The study also measures population. In Austin, an average of 110 people move to the city every day.

"There's like literally 100 taco places. Culture here is amazing," said Austinite Andre Chelliah.

Another Texas city that made it in the top 25 is Dallas at number 18.
