AUSTIN, Texas – Austinites can now send their mail accompanied by the scent of summer after the first ever scratch-and-sniff stamps were released by U.S.  Postal Service.

The Frozen Treats Forever Stamps will hit mailboxes on June 20 in Austin.

The stamps feature some classic summer treats in a variety of flavors and vibrant colors.

Artist Margaret Berg, from Santa Monica, California, created the delicious stamps depicting her watercolor illustrations of frozen goodies.

Anyone can submit an idea for a new stamp.
