AUSTIN, Texas – The show that has become an international phenomenon is on the playbill for Broadway in Austin’s 2019 season.
The Tony Award-winning musical “Hamilton” will take the stage in Austin from May 28 to June 16, 2019.
The book, music and lyrics were all written by Lin-Manuel Miranda, who artfully combined hip-hop, jazz, blues, rap, R&B, and classic Broadway all to the tune of one of America’s founding fathers, Alexander Hamilton.
While it might seems like a long ways away, theater fans can plan ahead and sign up to be the first in line when tickets go on sale. Season packages can also be purchased for the 2018-2019 season.
