PFLUGERVILLE, Texas -- UPDATE: A woman in her 50s and a man in his 20s are in stable condition after a shooting in Pflugerville.

Police said they have accounted for all the shooters. They are also asking residents of the Botany Bay Circle area with home surveillance cameras  to sign up for the Digital Neighborhood Watch Program and provide any surveillance to the Police Department to help with the investigation.

ORIGINAL STORY: Pflugerville police said two people were taken to a hospital after a shooting near the Pflugerville Recreation Center.

Around 1:00 p.m., the Pflugerville Police Department received a disturbance call about a situation in the 700 block of Botany Bay in the Cambridge Estates subdivision.

Witnesses reported two men fired multiple shots at each other. Two people were shot and transported to local hospitals. Their injuries are unknown at this time.

Reports said three men jumped into a red Camaro and a fourth man was in a Hyundai sedan chasing the red Camaro. The driver of the Camaro driver drove to the Pflugerville Recreation Center on Immanuel Road for assistance.

The investigation is ongoing and the recreation center remains closed to the public for the rest of the day. Authorities believe the incident is isolated and there is no threat to the public.
