NATIONWIDE -- Red Lobster is debuting their twist on chicken and waffles on Monday.
The staple soul food dish has fried lobster instead of chicken, and the waffle is Red Lobster's famous Cheddar Bay Biscuit.
The new dish costs about $20 and will only be available for a limited time at all locations.
Red Lobster recently celebrated its 50th anniversary.
