AUSTIN, Texas – U.S. Education Sec. Betsy DeVos spoke at South by Southwest EDU on Tuesday.

DeVos moderated a panel called Rethink Higher Education.

The focus called on colleges and universities to come up with creative ways to better prepare students for the 21st century.
