LEXINGTON, N.C. -- Love was bursting at the seams at Hospice of Davidson County Wednesday.

Lexington couple Kenneth and Charlene Smith were surrounded by close family and friends as they exchanged vows on Valentine's Day.

The two have been together for 25 years, and as avid Carolina Panthers fans, wore their favorite team's gear to profess their love for one another.

In addition to their wedding, the facility had volunteers bring in candy, flowers and more to patients.
