AUSTIN, Texas — An on-demand coffee bar has landed on the Drag.

Briggo Coffee is opening its first public location in Austin inside ice cream sandwich shop Moojo on Guadalupe Street starting on Tuesday, Jan. 16.

Here’s how Briggo works:

A customer places an order for coffee through the mobile app or in-person at the bar with customizable options from milk type, espresso shots, types of sweeteners and syrups, to temperature. Users can save their favorite orders and earn loyalty points. The automated machine creates the coffee drinks.

Briggo’s hours are from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, which will extend to midnight on Sundays and 1 a.m. for the rest of the week starting on Monday, Feb. 5.

There are plans to open other locations in Austin and elsewhere. Currently, Briggo operates in three global tech firms based in the city.
