AUSTIN, Texas -- The second biker set for trial stemming from a 2015 shootout with police rejected a plea deal Friday.

George Bergman and more than 150 other bikers were charged in relation to the shooting.

Nine bikers died and 20 others were injured in the shootout. Bergman said that he was offered one year probation for pleading guilty to lesser charges, and the murder charges would be dropped before his trial on Jan. 22.

Christopher Carrizal was the first biker to face trial in November, which resulted in a mistrial.
