TEXAS – The reward for one of Texas’ Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitives has been increased to $12,500 for the man suspected of killing two people during a robbery in 2017.

Frankie Lee Bell Jr., 29, has ties with the Bloods gang, according to police. Bell is believed to have shot and killed two people in Bryan on Oct. 3, 2017.

Prior to the shooting, Bell had been released from jail after serving a 12-year sentence for a 2005 shooting.

Bell’s last known addresses were in Caldwell, Somerville, Bryan and Houston. He is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 175 pounds. Bell has a tattoo of a dog paw and a star on his right forearm. He also has a "59" tattooed on his left bicep and a scar near his right eye.

To qualify for the reward you must submit you tip to the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-8477, submit a web tip, submit a Facebook tip, text 274637 “DPS” with your tip or submit through the DPS Mobile App. All tips are anonymous.

The reward will only be offered during January.

Police warn not to approach Bell because he considered armed and dangerous.
