WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Texas — The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office’s Elves on the Shelves Wilco Willie and Wilco Wendi have been hard at work if Sheriff Chody's Twitter is any indication.
The sheriff has been documenting the two elves’ efforts to assist law enforcement.
Willie and Wendi kicked off their public service spree with community events. They even assisted in the arrest of a real-life “Grinch" alongside a K-9 coworker.
To Wilco Willie and Wendi (and all other hardworking law enforcement officials): Thanks for you all you do to keep our holidays merry, bright, and most of all, safe.
