YORK COUNTY -- York County officials are investigating an officer-involved shooting.
It happened around 4 on Friday morning on East Old Limestone Road near Wood Road.
A deputy responded to the home for a civil disturbance.
There is no word on what led up to the shooting. Officials say one man is dead and the deputy involved is doing OK.
South Carolina's state law enforcement division is still on scene which is standard procedure during these incidents.
It's also why Limestone remains closed at Shiloh, Branch and Wood Roads.
Drivers are still being asked to avoid the area at this time.
