DURHAM – A man was shot and killed Wednesday evening at a Durham gas station.
Police responded to the shooting in the 100 block of East Cornwallis Road just after 6 p.m.
When officers arrived, they found 35-year-old Felix Morales with a gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital where he died.
No charges have been filed in the case.
