AUSTIN, Texas -- The U.S. Money Reserve made a big donation to Hurricane Harvey relief efforts.

The reserve donated nearly $220,000 to the Austin Disaster Relief Network.

The money is a combination of employee and outside donations as well as company money. The Network says it will use the funds to help smaller communities affected by the storm.

"There's a lot of communities that we have found that there's very little help that has been established out there, said Daniel Geraci, executive director of Austin Disaster Relief. “We want to make sure that everyone is able to feel the love of Texas donations."

The relief network is working on its Adopt a City program where it will spend three weekends rebuilding cities affected by Harvey.
