GEORGETOWN, Texas – Two teenagers are facing charges for stealing firearms from Hutto gun store.

Tony Moore and William Baker, both 17-years-old, were found to be possession of firearms stolen from Blackland Gun Works, according to the Williamson County Sheriff's Office.

Moore and Baker were arrested during a traffic stop in Manor on Monday and will be charged as adults, authorities said.

Sheriff Robert Chody said these arrests should serve as an example to other criminals looking to prey on local businesses.

"How many times do we need to echo that there is a new Sheriff (sic) in town! Which, by the way, his crime detectives will find you," said Chody in a statement.

Blackland Gun Works was broken into twice in September and October. Authorities have not said if those two break-ins were related.
