The man who was arrested Friday in connection with a fatal home invasion in Brooklyn earlier this month is being held without bail after pleading not guilty at his arraignment.

Dwayne Blackwood, 27, is charged with murder, felony assault, and burglary.

Investigators said Blackwood and another person tied up Waldiman Thompson, 91, and his 100-year-old wife in the couple's Bedford-Stuyvesant home Oct. 11.

Thompson's wife Ethlin managed to untie herself and call for help, but Waldiman went into cardiac arrest and died at a local hospital.

His funeral was held Friday morning in Fort Greene. Blackwood was arrested later in the evening, according to investigators.

Police say they are still looking for a second person of interest in the case.
