AUSTIN, Texas - West Nile was found in West Austin, according to city's public health department.

Mosquitoes trapped in the Westlake area tested positive for the virus. The good news is that no human cases have been reported.

West Nile was also found in mosquitoes in Cedar Park earlier this month.

Health officials are reminding people to dispose of standing water, to wear long sleeves and pants, and uses insect repellent to avoid being bitten.
