Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in U.S. men, according to the CDC. In September, the Step Up For Blue campaign, or Prostate Cancer Awareness month, is celebrated in an effort to support those living with prostate cancer and the continued research to find a cure.

Our own Rich Segal was diagnosed in 2011. After receiving a 45-day regiment of radiation, he is in remission, but remains diligent.

He sat down with Dr. Xavaier Garcia-Rojas, an inverventional radiologist, to discuss some of the latest discoveries in prostate cancer detection and, specifically, about a less invasive procedure performed in Houston.
