Daniel Kindred is the district attorney and he's asking the grand jury to decide on an indictment for Jack Dillon Young.

If that happens, Young would be arrested and charged with those deaths.

Reports after the March crash showed investigators found marijuana and prescription medication in Young's truck after the crash that killed all but one person on board.

Cell video video shows his truck swerving across the rural road for about 15 minutes before the crash.

Grand jury proceedings could go on all week.
