A grand jury is scheduled to hear evidence from the Uvalde County bus crash that killed 13 and could indict the truck driver who crossed over the center media and hit the minibus head-on. The hearing is scheduled for Monday.

That driver - 20-year-old Jack Young - told witnesses he had been texting while driving and told police he had taken prescription medication. Investigators also found marijuana inside of his truck.
