AUSTIN, Texas -- A man struck by a tree a few years ago has settled with the City of Austin.
The man was seriously injured in 2013 when he was jogging along the Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike Trail.

The trail is the path that wraps around Lady Bird Lake. The city will pay $225,000 to settle the civil lawsuit.
